Trinity has been moved from their field to our field.
SENIOR PARENT MEETING ON APRIL 3
On April 3 at 7 p.m., senior parents will meet to put the finishing touches
on the senior party. It is important for all to attend, so everyone is
aware of the plan for the evening. If you have any questions please contact
John Venzke or Vicki Dice.
BLOOD
DRIVE IS WEDNESDAY, APRIL 5
Donors are needed for the Blood Drive at CA-Bloomington on April 5, Wednesday,
7:30-10:30 a.m. Any parents who are able to give that day would be greatly appreciated.
Students must be at least 17 years old to give, be in good health, and eat breakfast
that morning. You must be signed up in advance. If plans change, it is okay to
call and cancel that day. Our goal is 30 donors. Thanks for your help!
SALAD LUNCHEON "THANK YOU"
Thank you to all the parents who prepared
salads and Easter baskets and who have volunteered for the annual Salad Luncheon
tomorrow. This is a PFA event that helps raise funds for improving the
school's program. So far this year, PFA has purchased televisions and
DVD/VHS players for classrooms and will soon be taking delivery on new lunchroom
tables.
CALENDAR
CHANGE
The original calendar for 2005-06 showed Monday, May 8 as

on
that day instead. Monday, May 8, will be a regular school day, not a day
off. Please
check and adjust your calendars!

IT'S TIME TO PURCHASE STUDENT SALUTES
Now is the time to purchase "Student Salutes" for your student. These ads run
in the back of the yearbook and are a great chance for parents, relatives,
and friends to honor a CA-Bloomington student with a photo and brief message.
While the ads are typically placed for seniors, they may be placed for students
at any grade level. Ads cost $40. Information was sent with third quarter
grades. You can also download a form at http://www.lutheranhighschool.com/downloads/StudentSalute2006.pdf.
Questions? Contact Chris Roth.

MOMS IN TOUCH MOMENT
This week Moms in Touch prayed about the fruit of the Spirit, Joy. We prayed
about loving Jesus and believing in Him and then we are filled with an
inexpressible and glorious joy because we our receiving the salvation of
our souls. For our children we prayed that "the God of hope fill them
with all joy and peace as they trust in Him, so that they may overflow
with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." (Romans 15:13) If you
have a moment you might pray the same for your child. -Debbie Heggemeier
